She is also the crooner of her own band, Emma and The Jets where she belts out her favourite soul-funk tunes. A big fan of the local band, Sixx, she also aspires to succeed with her band and venture into the local music scene.
Irah Rashid
The team's creative writer is a massive music enthusiast. She appreciates all kinds of tunes from RnB, Ska, Rap to Indie pop and Folk. She enjoys bobbing her head to the smart wordplays of local act, Kevin Lester. An aspring singer also, but has she been hitting the right notes?
Kavin Raj
As the events scout, his eyes play an important role as he is constantly on the lookout for interesting local acts for Urban Ignite to feature! A big Indie rock fan, he enjoys rocking out to local indie-pop-punk legends, Plainsunset. He hopes to put his eyes to good full use in bringing you some local loving!

Her hands put some magic to our website as the team's web designer and administrator. This passionate Indie lover, jams to the beats of her favourite local act, The Rejeks. She also puts her hand into even more magic as a member of Beats Encore and Bloco Singapura, two local percussion ensembles specialising in Samba!
